Purposix products (Institute Desk, Total Inventory Pro, Salon Desk, Clinic Desk and related services) are digital, cloud-hosted software. There is no physical shipment. This policy explains how and when access is delivered after a successful payment.
1. Digital Delivery
- Access to your subscription is provisioned automatically upon successful payment.
- You will receive an order confirmation, GST-compliant tax invoice and login instructions on your registered email within 15 minutes of payment.
- If your payment is in a pending / under-review state with the payment processor, access is enabled as soon as the processor confirms the payment.
2. Payment Confirmation Timelines
Confirmation times depend on the payment method and processor:
- Stripe — international card payments confirm in real time (typically <30 seconds).
- Razorpay — UPI & cards confirm in real time; netbanking can take up to 15 minutes.
- Cashfree — UPI & cards confirm in real time; netbanking & wallets typically within 15 minutes; e-NACH mandates within 1–3 business days.
3. Delivery Failures
If you do not receive your confirmation email within 30 minutes of a successful payment:
- Check your spam / promotions folder.
- Verify the email address on your account.
- Email support@purposix.com with your order ID and payment reference. We respond within 1 business day and manually provision access where required.
4. International Customers
Because the Services are delivered digitally over the internet, customers worldwide receive access at the same time as domestic customers. No customs duty, import tax or shipping charges apply.
5. Physical Items (Optional Add-ons)
We occasionally ship optional physical items such as barcode scanners, printed certificates or marketing collateral through partner couriers. When you order such items:
- Dispatch happens within 2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Domestic delivery (India): 3–7 business days via Bluedart, Delhivery or India Post.
- International delivery: 7–21 business days via DHL / FedEx; import duties are payable by the recipient.
- Shipping charges are shown at checkout and are non-refundable once the item is dispatched.
