These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you") and Purposix ("Company", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of our websites, software-as-a-service products (including Institute Desk, Total Inventory Pro, Salon Desk and Clinic Desk) and any associated services (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account, subscribing to a plan or otherwise using the Services, you accept these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of registration information and for all activity under your account credentials.
2. Subscription, Trials & Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance based on the plan you choose.
- Yearly plans are billed once for 12 months and include a 2-month discount over monthly pricing.
- Free trials, if any, automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST/VAT), which will be added at checkout where applicable.
3. Payments & Payment Processors
Payments are securely processed through our payment partners. Depending on your location and chosen method, your transaction may be processed by one or more of the following:
- Stripe — for international card payments. Governed by the Stripe Services Agreement.
- Razorpay — for domestic Indian payments (cards, UPI, netbanking, wallets). Governed by the Razorpay Terms.
- Cashfree — for domestic Indian payments and recurring mandates. Governed by the Cashfree Terms.
We do not store full card numbers or CVVs on our servers. By making a payment, you also agree to the applicable processor's terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting unauthorised access, transmitting malware, scraping at scale, or using the Services to violate any law or third-party right.
5. Customer Data & Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain all rights in data you upload; you grant us a limited licence to process it to provide the Services.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, trademarks, designs and content are the property of Purposix or its licensors. No rights are transferred to you except the limited right to use the Services for the duration of your subscription.
7. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or activity that endangers the Services or other users. You may cancel at any time as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
